What working at Noreja looks like
Noreja Intelligence builds a process intelligence platform on a causal process model rather than a flat event log. That means the problems here are genuinely open ones: how a process is reconstructed as a graph, how an agent gets from an anomaly to a root cause, how an effect is proven in euros rather than asserted.
The team combines research and practice. Our founders come out of academic process mining research, and our advisory board brings operational experience from industry — so a question about method and a question about a customer rollout land in the same room.
We work with partners across consulting, technology, industry and research, which means projects reach real production environments rather than staying in prototypes.
