What is the difference between process mining and process intelligence?
Process mining reconstructs workflows from event logs and shows how a process actually runs. Process intelligence goes further: it links the process data with context and domain knowledge, models cause-and-effect relationships and makes the findings usable for plain-language questions with AI.
