Bavaria: corporations, hidden champions and broad mid-sized industry
Bavaria combines large corporate headquarters with mid-sized companies in every region: insurers and software in Munich, mechanical engineering and automation in Swabia, vehicle manufacturing and suppliers from Ingolstadt to Lower Bavaria, food and retail across the state. Many of these companies are family-run and internationally active.
What they share is the wish not just to document processes but to understand them: where do orders lose time, where does inventory tie up capital, where is work redone – and why? Process intelligence answers these questions from the data in SAP or another ERP, without building an event log first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where in Bavaria is Noreja on site?
In Munich and Augsburg – there together with our partner Miragon – and across the rest of southern Bavaria, for example in Ingolstadt, Rosenheim or the Allgäu. Our registered office in Hohenweiler is right on the border near Lindau.
Do you have references from Bavaria?
Yes, for example the Munich software company CIB, which analyzed its hiring process with Noreja, and the machine manufacturer Sesotec, where we looked at production down to workstation level.
How does a project with Noreja work?
After getting to know each other, we start with a kick-off at your site, connect the data of one sub-process directly from your ERP or database and analyze it in three to four weeks. In the results workshop we discuss the causes and prioritize measures – then you decide whether to continue.
