Process Mining Value & Governance Workshop

How can process mining generate value in my organization? What does my organization need in order to leverage process mining effectively and efficiently?

We want to look at process mining from a strategic perspective and showcase the value it generates for the business domain. The goal of this workshop is to connect and embed process mining and business process analytics into the overall vision of a process-oriented organization. This includes the design of a data governance framework for process mining that proposes roles & responsibilities, decision domains but also the question regarding centralization vs. decentralization. Finally, we help to establish the communication channels to the other governance domains like IT governance. A resulting roadmap shows the basic steps on the road to operationalization.

Process Mining Discovery Workshop

Which approach of process mining fits my use case? How does process mining work technically and how can my organization implement it?

In this workshop format, we help to identify the business processes with the most potential for process mining (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Issue-to-Resolution, Application-to-Approval, …). Subsequently, we introduce different configuration dimensions that offer possibilities to adapt process mining to the underlying preconditions and goals (e.g. field of application, perspectives, usage type, data context, KPIs). Optionally, we introduce different technological approaches of conducting process mining and provide a feasibility assessment in relation to the prevailing IT landscape.

What are the technical steps to connect my source system to my organization? How do I use Noreja Process Mining to analyze and optimize my business processes?

If an organization decides to go along with Noreja Process Mining, we guide during the on-prem or cloud setup – starting with the requirements collection, via the data connection/extraction procedures, ending with the interpretation of the final results. Usually, such projects also internalize certain elements from the previously introduced workshops in order to align the implementation with the organization and prepare for the operationalization. This can be accompanied by employee training sessions.

3. Noreja Implementation Project
